- Mattress Protector Required: A mattress protector must be purchased at the time of the original mattress purchase for eligibility under this policy.
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns or exchanges.
- Delivery Fee: A new delivery fee will be charged for any exchange or replacement mattress. The replacement mattress must be of equal or greater value than the original purchase.
- Mattress Condition: The mattress in your home must be clean and free of stains, spills, or soilage to qualify for return or exchange.
